Our marketplace model enables partners to sell services at their own prices. Partners are required to run projects on our hosted contact center platform where we charge a platform fee of 20% over gross revenues.

Outsourced Model

Our marketplace for outsourced vendors enables partners to sell services at their own prices. Partners are required to run projects on our hosted contact center platform where we charge a platform fee of 20% over gross revenues.


Insourced Model

Our marketplace for insourced contact centers enables these contact centers to offer competitively priced remunerations at their own terms to our independent agents. Agents are required to deliver services to insourced contact centers where we charge a platform fee of 25-50% over gross revenues.

WAHA Model

Our marketplace for WAHA agents enables agents to be matched with projects at their own terms. Independent agents are required to deliver services to insourced contact centers where we charge a platform fee of 25-50% over gross revenues.
